Three Simple Ways to Save Money on your Wedding Flowers
You are planning your wedding, congratulations!
In this post, we’ll explore three practical tips to help you save money on your wedding flowers without compromising on style. Let’s dive in!
1. Size and Scale
Every element of your wedding florals can be scaled up or down in size. Doing so decreases the overall number of floral elements in each piece, decreasing its cost. Use caution, however. while you cut costs you may also reduce the overall visual impact of your wedding florals. Our favorite spots to scale down include bridesmaids bouquets and reception tables.
2. Quantity of floral elements
Many couples are forgoing boutonnieres and corsages for the groomsmen and extended family members (think moms and grandmas).
3. Choose seasonal, locally grown flowers
At Holiday Garden we grow and design gorgeous flowers 8 months of the year. As both the grower and designer, we are able to avoid many of the challenges that traditional florists encounter including supply chain disruptions and costly imported flowers.
